Desiree Helms-Bartholomew, Founder and Consultant of Devoted Care Consulting, has over 20 years of experience working with adults with Developmental Disabilities, in residential and community settings in New Jersey. Desiree began working as a direct support worker in group homes learning the ropes to elevate herself through different levels in the DDD field. She has since overseen homes in the start-up phase all the way through licensing and has spent time as a Quality Assurance auditor, Service Plan Coordinator, and as a onboarding Trainer.

Desiree began Devoted Care Consulting to provide services that would help agencies better serve the DD population in New Jersey. Her goal is to help build agencies that are compliant, as well as knowledgeable enough to provide adequate services to those in need.
